Pigment inks use tiny particles of colored material to provide ink color, rather than paper-staining dyes. Pigment inks are comprised of tiny, encapsulated particles that sit on top of the paper, instead of being absorbed into a paper is fibers, which is what happens with dyes.

Alcohol is a solvent and is used for resin clean up so use alcohol inks sparingly with resin. Acrylic inks on the other hand have vibrant colors, and are really the thinnest form of acrylic paint. They should perform well in resin

Polyamide resins are used for packaging gravure inks, flexographic inks and cold seal release lacquers.

Film-forming PU binders; Elastomeric polyurethane resins are of a high molecular weight and used alone or in combination with small quantities of NC as a base for printing inks.

Titanium dioxide in printing inks; In the ink production, different types of ink products on the quality requirements of titanium dioxide are also different. Practice has proved that rutile titanium dioxide has a better application performance, can being widely used in various types of ink preparation.
